The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and implement multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey, driving key outcomes such as product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention. They will identify key moments within the entire customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products or guide desired behaviors, leveraging behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and optimize the customer experience.
